The hotel was surprisingly clean and comfy, although there was a lingering smell of old smoke masked by air freshener in the rooms. The service was sweet and accommodating, with very friendly staff. The location was convenient to various areas in Henderson and Las Vegas, away from the hustle and bustle of the Strip. The dining experience, though not outstanding, was helpful for our trip. Overall, a comfortable stay with minor areas for improvement.
The hotel's room wasn't ready until after 6, even though the check-in time was 3 PM. Despite this delay, the room with a king bed served our purpose well as we were attending a funeral service. The service was courteous and professional and managed to overcome some challenges effectively. The location is away from the hustle and bustle, offering convenience to various areas in Henderson and Las Vegas, although the surroundings seemed a bit desolate. The dining options were limited, making it difficult for us to enjoy a quick meal. The fresh sushi was a standout choice.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room with 2 queen beds was just right for myself and my daughter. The cleanliness was average, but the bathroom could have been better. The service was friendly and accommodating, meeting my every need. The location was convenient for our activities in Henderson and Las Vegas. The dining options were nice but could have offered more choices for gluten-free patrons.
